All ticket sales for Christmas Rocks are final and non-refundable. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the event is canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified of refund procedures. We are not responsible for refunds due to personal circumstances, missed events, or venue restrictions.
